Pay an hourly employee a small fixed flat amount

I'd be happy to share some information on how you can add additional wages in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

You can create an additional item for the fixed amount and assign it to that employee every time you run payroll. Ensure to select if the item is taxable or not.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu, then click Products and Services.
2. Tap the New menu to open the Product/Service information window and then choose Inventory.
3. Fill in the fields with the correct information about the item.
4. Hit the Save and close buttons.
