Paying ourselves only 1 time a year

We use QuickBooks online with QuickBooks online payroll online as well. We pay our selves 1 time a year at the end of the year. I cannot find a way to do this online.
Since moving to Quickbooks online we cannot find a way to pay ourselves only 1 time a year at end of the year.  As then we also have to pay into our Simple IRA. It is limiting us to hours.

Any help for an annual pay all at 1 time greatly appreciated.
