Is anyone else having issues with completing payroll today? I get a message that says, "We are having trouble getting your next paydate right now." Anyone with a similar message or maybe has an answer for me?

Hi chezwheeler.

 

I can only see your post with this concern as of the moment, and I don't see this being reported as an emerging issue by the Phone and Chat teams, too. You can be experiencing random browser issues, so let me help you with some troubleshooting steps.

 

Let's open open a private browser, sign in to QuickBooks, and process payroll. Private browsing disables browser extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

If you're able to submit payroll, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers so we'll know if this issue only happens to the one you use.
