Let me share some information about the direct deposit processing timeline

Normally, funds are deposited to your employee's account on the paycheck date. Take note that the time of direct deposit posting is determined by your employee's bank. In most cases, the bank has until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the check date to deposit the funds.

Moreover, if the paycheck date falls on a non-banking day, the funds will be posted in the employee's bank account on the next banking day.

If your worker doesn’t receive their money the day after the pay date, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to request a direct deposit trace. Here's how to connect with us:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Select Talk to a human.
3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
