You cannot import payroll into a different company file. The only way to fix this is to carefully re-create the payroll in the 2022 file.

Note that if Direct Deposits is involved, and you transmitted it, to avoid duplicating the DD orders, be sure to use a custom net deduction item to zero out the net paychecks for the DD amounts that already sent.
