I have Enterprise Desktop 23. 

 

I have two different pay schedules. Hourly and Salary. 

 

My "payroll processor" only needs access to the Hourly Pay schedule. Is there a way to restrict access to certain payroll schedules? I don't want her having access to all of them.

No, there isn't a way to restrict access to payroll schedules.
