Payroll Check Stubs Are showing the owners home address rather than the Company Address. We use QBO, QBO Payroll, QBO Timekeeping, and Workforce. How to change address?

Where does Workforce pull the address from for Employees to View the Check Stub?  Currently showing the owners home address rather than the company address on employee check stubs.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support. 

 

I've included some steps to change your employee's addresses below. 

 

QuickBooks Online Payroll: 

 

  1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Select your employee.
  3. Tap Start or Edit on the section you want to update.
  4. When finished, select Save.

I'm here to show you how to view and print pay stubs in QuickBooks Online, @OGRon1One.

 

You can print out employee checks using your payroll product if you pay employees in cash. Also, in QuickBooks Workforce, you can invite your employees to view and print their pay stubs.

 

Intuit recommends printing paychecks on check paper that is compatible with QuickBooks. Visit the Intuit Market to learn how to order paper from Intuit.

 

Here's how:

  1. Set up your printing preferences.
  2. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  3. Select Paycheck list below Run payroll.
  4. Choose the paycheck you want to print. You can select Filter▼ to change the Date range or Employee.
  5. In the Action column, select Print.
  6. A preview of the paycheck or pay stub opens. Select the printer icon to print.
