Payroll check was cut out of Regular checking account how do I change to Payroll checking account?

I'm here to guide you with changing the payroll checking account, Jeanmpw3. It will take a few steps.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Payroll settings.
3. Under Preferences, click Accounting.
4. In the Bank Account section, click the drop-down arrow, then select the correct bank account.
5. Click OK.

The effect is not retroactive. Once you create paychecks moving forward, they will be under the correct bank account.
 

If you want the previous paychecks to be under the new bank account, you'll have to delete and recreate them.
