When an employee signs in they get a message: "Your employer no longer uses this account".
How do I turn off Payroll Cloud Services in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions for an individual employee?
The employee is currently in "Signed Up/Signed in"" status, how do I Send an invitation to them again?
I've changed their email address but when THEN going to Payroll Cloud Services for them it still has the original email address and I cannot send a new invite.
But when the employee signs in they get a message: "Your employer no longer uses this account".
Every other employee is able to sign & without issue.
Help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, Robert.

I'll share some information about turning off the Payroll Cloud services in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and how to resend an invitation to your employee again.

To start with, you can turn off the Payroll Cloud Services in QBDT. However, you can't do this for an individual employee. If you need to resend an invitation to an employee, you'll have to remove their email address from their profile, update their profile with the new email address, and then send the invitation again.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees Center and double-click on the name of the employee whose email address you want to change.
  2. In the Required Info section, remove the existing email address and enter the new one.
  3. Click on Save & Close to save the changes.
  4. Then, go to Employees and select Send Payroll Data.
  5. In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, select Send All.
  6. Enter your PIN and click on OK to send the updated information.

Once done, send an invitation to your employee by going into the Employees, then manage payroll cloud services. From QuickBooks Workforce, select Invite Employees and sign in to your Intuit Account. After that, find the employee's name to resent the invite. Then select Send Invite.

For more detailed information, refer to this article: Resend an invitation.

I'll add this article to help you create a payroll summary to review the current amount and check your employees' current liabilities for the year and in the near future: Create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks
