payroll desktop assisted payroll 2020

Hello

   We recentley had to resore desktop and when we restored the last payroll run was not part of the time we restored (we restored desktop to a couple days before our last payroll run). So is there a way to re upload the last payroll run for that week so our quickbooks matches what assisted payroll has for taxes , year to date etc.?
