I recognize the urgency of resolving this to have your payroll processed in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll. If you're using a Direct Deposit, it could be that you have accidentally submitted your payroll after the cutoff time or between holidays or weekends. If so, this can be the reason why there's a delay in processing it.
