Payroll from an outside Vendor
I have a question
I have payroll from ADP should I enter into QBO as a JE or Payroll Expenses when it hits my bank?
If JE, how would that look?

Since you're using QuickBooks Online for accounting and ADP for payroll, then you can manually enter payroll into QuickBooks Online. This is to keep track of the paychecks, payroll data, and account data in one place.
