Payroll got hacked and transfer has been scheduled by stranger

Securing your account is one of our top priorities. That said, I suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support team so we can trace and verify the transactions.

You can also run the Audit Log report to know the users who logged into the account before scheduling the transfer. Let me walk you through the steps:

1. From the Gear icon, select Audit log.
2. Select Filter.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
4. Click Apply.
