Payroll Import Template for Quickbooks Online

Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community, @srosselle. We'd be glad to provide some information about your concern when importing payroll hours to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, there's no feature for importing hours from third-party providers to QuickBooks Online. However, we can look for a third-party application where you can import hours from a third-party app into QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you need to use one, we suggest a third-party application and navigate for an app in the QuickBooks Online App Center.

Here's how:

1. From the left menu, click Apps.
2. Select the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter a brief description of the feature in the Search for an App box. 
4. If there's a list of selections, choose the app you want to integrate, then click Get the app now to connect. 

QuickBooks also provides integration with several applications, allowing users to efficiently manage their data. If your tracking app is supported, you can directly connect it to QuickBooks, enabling automatic syncing of your employees' hours.
