Welcome to the Community space, @Hamilton.

I am here to provide some information for your concern about editing direct deposit information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

It's possible that having too much cache stored in your browser can cause unexpected issues with our product. This could be the reason why you're having trouble editing your direct deposit information when selecting a deposit for two accounts.

Moreover, if your browser cache has been stored for a long period, it can cause your browser to behave abnormally. To determine if the issue you're experiencing is related to your browser, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps.

Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.

Once you can go through editing direct deposit, you can check out this article to learn how to set up and schedule your payroll to run automatically also, how to create and run your payroll with QuickBooks Online Payroll:

Please know that I'm just a reply away if you need any further assistance with setting or editing up direct deposit or QuickBooks in general. Have a good one.
