I'm here to help you print your paychecks, bendloom384.

A browser-related issue sometimes causes unusual errors in QuickBooks Online. The outdated stored cache can affect the performance of the program.

To resolve this, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This is a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

After logging in, try updating the details again. If it works, let's clear the browser's cache to ensure the program performs efficiently.

If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using other supported browsers as an alternative.

Once done, you can now print your paychecks.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you fix common issues when printing your paychecks: Troubleshoot Printing Pay stubs and Forms.

Please keep us posted if you have other questions or concerns about managing your paystubs in QuickBooks. We're always here to help you out.

I have checked all my browsers and they are all updated and meet the standards.  I am still getting this message though:

Error in extras bootstrap [TypeError: window.logger is undefined]

How do I fix this?
