Payroll Reports in QBO Elite Payroll

How do I get back to the payroll reports option that is at the bottom of the screen after I click the button to process payroll. It's a spreadsheet with 5 tabs that has all the necessary information for a single payroll.

It only shows up when you process payroll.  It's the last screen before clicking on the FINISH button.  I won't be doing payroll again until February 15, so I can share the screenprint then.  It doesn't make sense that you can't get to the compiled PR Report spreadsheet any other way!

You're right that the payroll reports option you're referring to will only show up when processing payroll. And the way to bring it back to that page is currently unavailable. 

 

In the meantime, you can run payroll reports through the Report page. Let me show you how:

 

  1. In the left menu, select Reports.
  2. Select the Standard tab.
  3. Go to the Payroll section. 
  4. Select the report you want to view.
  5. Filter it by an employee, date range, and work location.
  6. Click Run report.
