Payroll says I've entered all information to run first payroll. It's not giving me that option.

May I ask what specific error are you getting? I would also appreciate if you can send me a screenshot so well be able to address you as quickly as possible. Generally, you'll have to complete a few task before you can pay your employees. You can click on your employees' profile and check to see if you're getting a flag. If so, click on the employee to see if you are missing some important information. I've added a screenshot for your visual guide:
