Question

Payroll sent a message - contact us. But contact us - only allows me to ask the community. My question is - does anyone else have payroll that did not process.?

Payroll won't work. WHY? The set of tasks is complete. But it will not work.

I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no records of subscribers reporting that they're being advised to contact our support team while their payroll isn't processing.
 

Since you're being advised to get in touch with our Customer Care team, but the Contact Us option you're being presented with isn't functioning properly to get in touch with them, I'd recommend contacting their team through the normal process. You can do so while signed in.
 

Here's how:

  1. Use your Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter a description of the situation in your What can we help you with? field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
