Payroll Service Bill was charged twice

My payroll was charged twice.  First as a stand alone in April, and then in May, in combination with my regular subscription renewal.  I was on a chat with "customer service" for an hour, but he could not help me. Does ANYONE know how to find someone that can help?

I want to help and get this sorted out, @jeanstein.

 

I'll provide some details on the subscription billing for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. This way, you'll be able to understand the charges for April and May.

 

There are two ways to pay for a subscription to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. You can either pay monthly or annually. If you choose a monthly payroll, QuickBooks will be charged to your account automatically each month. Otherwise, you will be charged annually.

 

If you have an annual payroll subscription, I suggest getting in touch with our Payroll Support team. They can securely check your account and look into the situation why you're receiving two charges.

 

Moreover, you can check your payment method by logging in the CAMPS page. I'll guide you on how.

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Choose your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method.
