Payroll setup for Illinois company with Indiana employee

I am an Illinois employer who will be hiring Indiana employees to work on Indiana job. I use quickbooks enterprise. On the state payroll setup new employee tab do I choose Indiana for the state where the employees lives and works? I have other Indiana employees that are set up as living in Indiana but working in Illinois.

Since my company is located in Illinois do I still file Illinois unemployment reports on Indiana employees who work in Indiana only? Right now I have Indiana employees who work in Illinois and I file unemployment in Illinois on these employees since my business is located in Illinois.
