Payroll showing up as weekly 10, weekly 8 weekly 6 etc when you continue only shows one employee , use to show all employees ? something changed ?

It's possible that every employee had a different payroll schedule that's why it's only showing one when running payroll. Let's verify your employee set up if they have the same payroll schedule.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Proceed to the Payroll menu from the left menu.
  3. Choose Employees.
  4. On the Employees page, check the payroll schedule under the Pay Schedule column.

 

However, if your three employees had the same pay schedule, and it's only showing one employee, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

Once fixed, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
