Payroll submission deadline for leap year 2024

Initially, I'd recommend confirming what your direct deposit lead time is. It could be set up as Same-day, Next-day, or 5-day. These would only include business days.
 

You can view the subscription's lead time from your Payroll settings screen.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Payroll settings.
2. Scroll to your Direct deposit section.
3. Review the funding time above your limits.

If you're on a 5-day lead time and would like to change it, you can submit a request if it's been 6 months since you were placed on a 5-day funding time.

In the event your employees didn't receive their direct deposits, but they've already left the bank account, it's possible they've been rejected, deposited to an incorrect account, or etc. You can review our Handle a direct deposit paycheck that was not received by an employee article for detailed information on how to resolve these scenarios.
