Payroll subscription

Yesterday, When we updated QB to the new Version 23.0 , a message always appears after logging in  ( now that you have upgraded , QuickBooks must go online to verify the status of your payroll subscription )

Addition to a red mark (verify subscription) at the  bottom of QuickBooks home interface ( employees part)

Notes :

- There is internet on the device .

- when I click on the red mark nothing happens

- we don't need to use Payroll in QuickBooks .

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
4. Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
5. We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
6. Select to chat with us or have us call you.
