Payroll tax payments

We have an ongoing investigation about being unable to access the Payroll Tax Payments report. Rest assured, our product engineers are actively working on getting this issue resolved.

To make sure you'll get added to the list of affected users, I recommend contacting our payroll support team. This way, you'll get updates via email once the fix is available. Before doing so, please check out our support hours guide so they can assist you right away.

Here's how:
 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Type your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Aside from the Payroll Tax Payments report, you can run, customize, and print other payroll reports in QBO. This way, you can view useful information about your business and employees.
