Payroll tax withdrawal receipt.

We have already removed the access of our accountant on our QBO Account however QBO still sent them a copy of email for the Payroll tax withdrawal receipt. How can we remove them as one of the receiver of thus mail? Thanks everyone in advance.

I want to make sure the accountant is removed from your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Just to verify, were these the steps you completed to remove the user and their account access?:

 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
2. Go to Settings and choose Manage users.
3. Click the Accountants tab and locate the accountant you want to remove.
4. In the Action column, click Delete.
5. Select Delete once more.

 

You may want to clear the browser cache as well to make sure there's nothing preventing this change from loading properly. Additionally, this article provides details about managing accountant users in QuickBooks Online.
