Payroll Taxes

I am a new business and elected to have Quicbooks auto file and pay my payroll taxes. I pay federal  payroll taxes monthly and pay state unemployment taxes quarterly. When does quickbooks actually make the payments, more specifically when can I expect the money to leave my account?

Thanks for reaching us here in the Community. I can see that you have QuickBooks Assisted Payroll. Hence, you won't need to set up your deposit frequency as we pay taxes for you.

 

Should your federal or state deposit frequency change, email your change notice to taxnoticeresolution@intuit.com. We’ll change it for you.
