Payroll will not work

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Allow me to help you get your payroll working in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

Since we're unsure of why this is happening and it could be caused by a few factors. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to take a closer look at the back end of your account. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button. 
3. Enter your question and hit Let's Talk. 
4. Scroll down and choose to get a callback.
