Web browser histories can delay the data being transmitted in the system. Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser:

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect.

 

As an alternative, make sure to use a supported, up-to-date browser to have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online.
