Payroll wont process. Says "Something went wrong. Give us a minute and try again" This has been happening for 2 days not and my payroll is due today

I can imagine how stressful and frustrating it must be for you to encounter this issue with your payroll, especially when it's due today,clark. We want to assure you that we are taking this matter seriously.

 

At the moment, we have an ongoing investigation into the ability to run payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured that our engineers are working to resolve it as soon as possible. 

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an email update on the investigation status and be notified once it's been resolved. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
