Payroll work force pop up box,

The workforce is a free feature in QuickBooks. It would appear if you invite your employees.

At the moment, the option to stop the Workforce box from popping up is unavailable. As a workaround, you can click the X button to close the pop-up so you can start adding your employees.  

While this option is unavailable, I'll make sure your request reaches our product engineers so they can take a look at this feature. 

I'm also encouraging you to do the same by presenting your comments and suggestions directly to them. 

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then click Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
3. Select Next to submit your request.
