Pd $1500 for Live Bookkeeping CleanUp. Completely dissatisfied. Team leader does not understand why it was marked completed without final review. Can I request a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund. However, we'll need to contact our QuickBooks product expert. We'll have to examine and evaluate this one using our tools and in a private environment. Once verified, our team will process the refund. 

 

Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
  2. Select Live Bookkeeping.
  3. In Live Bookkeeping, select Send a message.
  4. You’ll be connected to a product expert who can answer your questions about QuickBooks or help you get a message to your bookkeeper.

Hi,

I have the EXACT same experience.  The LIVE quickbooks team has messed up ALL my books and now tey are absconding, refuse to reply to my messages, refuse to clean it up.  I have been begging for an appointment with the clean up team for 2 weeks BUT NO APPOINTMENT.  The books are so messed up , I cant even give them to my CPA or take thenm to another accountant.

I am also having a terrible time. I want a refund.  They do not respond to my messages.

How do I get a refund. I paid $1500 plus every time a bookkeeper called, they charge me a fee from$300-800.

Never looking at the documents that where uploaded. It was a complete waste of time and money.

My new accounts just audit QOB and are asking what did they do? Nothing. Clean-up is still not done, and I have been given a deadline by the end of the month to provide more documents when nothing has been done with what I have already provided. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied.

As my colleague mentioned above, the best way to get a refund would be to contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They'll be able to review your account after verifying you and see about getting the refund for ya. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Tap the Contact Us button. 
  3. Explain that you need a refund and why, then click Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
