PFML - Can't update

I just found out after receiving a bill from PFML that my rate changes did not save in QBO. I tried changing them AGAIN in QBO and they are not saving. The bills are not high, but they shouldn't exist at all. Please let me know when you have the actual SAVE feature connected so I can fix it for my clients. Thanks folks!

Thanks for letting us know about this, @BFS253.

We value your time and effort in reaching out here in the Community space. We aim to provide concise information to help our customers get through their situations. Can you tell us what state the PFML you're trying to modify? This way, we can run it through our system to provide you with the resolution needed.

Also, it may have something to do with your browser, and we recommend performing some basic browser troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of being in this situation. If you wish to continue this method, you'll want to access your account in an incognito or private browser. Please use the following shortcut keys:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you're in, try to modify your PFML rate. If it works and you're able to save the settings, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

You can also use other compatible browsers if the issue persists. Refer to this article to see the list of compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online: Other browsers.

If issue persists, you can contact our Customer Care Team so they can assign a representative to check your account in a secure environment to conduct investigation and determine the root cause of this problem. See this page for more details: QuickBooks Online Payroll.

In addition, we've got these articles to help you review your data, customize the report to ensure they matches with what you've entered inside your company and prepare for this year's closing for payroll:
