Piece work pay 1099 Contractors

Need recommendations on software that integrates that will track piece work pay.

We pay instructors across the US for the number of students they teach in a weekend.  Looking for something that lets them log in and post it...and then integrates with QB Enterprise.

We also need a time/attendance tracking software
