Please Help. I need a Payroll company that handles ERC. QuickBooks eliminated ERC functionality

I have tried to call in and post on community to get QuickBooks to turn on the ERC functionality for Recovery Starup Businesses and I keep being told the same thing over & over. They say the ERC expired on Sept 30th, but it clearly states on the IRS website that Recovery Startup Businesses can continue claiming the ERC in Q4 2021. They turned off this functionality recently and now they won't turn it back on. 

 

I have tried to go to ADP & Paychex, and both said they can't handle 2021 tax filings because it's too late in the year. QuickBooks deciding not to support the needs of startups this late in the year has caused a huge dilemma. Is my only option to have a CPA take over my payroll? Their fees are so high. Will any payroll company still take my business this late in the year?

Search for a local payroll service that has an actual office with people you can email or call.  They do not need to be part of a CPA firm and most aren't.  We use a local payroll company and they were incredibly helpful when it came to the ERC.
