Previous employees W2 sent digitally

Previous employees can view their W=2s in their Workforce accounts.
 

Here's how:

1. If they haven't yet, you'll need to invite them and have them set up their account.
2. They'll have to sign in to Workforce.
3. Once logged in, they can find their W-2s by going to the W-2 menu and selecting which one they want to view or download a copy of.
