I'd be happy to walk you through the process of printing paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, Daniel.

First, please know that pay stubs are included by default when you print paychecks in QBO. Before beginning the process, it's essential to configure your printing preferences for paycheck printing. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings, then select Payroll settings.
  2. In the Printing section, click the pencil icon.
  3. Select Paychecks on QuickBooks-compatible check paper.

  4. Choose between Print paycheck plus 1 pay stub or Print paycheck plus 2 pay stubs.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.

Then, proceed to print the paycheck.

  1. Go to Payroll and click Employees.
  2. Select Paycheck list.
  3. Locate the paycheck you want to print and click Print under the Action column.

  4. When the preview opens, click the printer icon to print.

Additionally, I'll share this resource to help you adjust the alignment when printing your paychecks: Fix print alignment for paychecks.

I can print the check with stubs individually, but when I try to print the paychecks as a group, the PDF only comes up with the stubs. My settings are correct, and I just encountered this issue yesterday.
