Question

Printing paychecks that have three paychecks to a page with QuickBooks online.

I have three-to-a-page paychecks where three checks are on one page.  With QuickBooks online, how do I print my paychecks (without the paystubs) that have three to a page?

Thanks

You can't.

That'd be too complicated for QB Online.

Well, I wanted to be critical of Quickbooks for not having that simple printing feature, but I'm going to trust that it is a future upgrade to the coming QB Online product. I did find a solution to my problem. Using a Laser Taxi Check Printing Guide, I separate the three checks on each page, then configure the printing option in QB Online for "Paychecks on QuickBooks-compatible check paper > Print paycheck plus one pay stub," using alignment setting M for above the pay line and 4 for next to $ sign in the pay amount field, I then place a blank sheet of paper in the Laser Taxi Check Printing Guide then place of of the individual checks on top of the plain paper in the Laser Taxi Check Printing Guide then fold the edge over on the Laser Taxi Check Printing Guide then place in my printer facedown. Worked Flawlessly once the alignment was correct. I only wasted one check. I had purchased 300 new 3-to-a-page laser checks before I switched to QB Online and did not want to invest in more just because I switched. This solution will last me for a while. QB Online eventually integrates the Three to a page printing option.

This has been a lousy conversion. QB desktop was better.
