Can anyone help me with how I retrospectively print payslips please?

Thank you in advance for your consideration

Glad to have you in the QuickBooks Community, Pandrews73.

You can print the previous paychecks on the Paycheck List page. I'd be glad to assist you in printing them.

Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to the Payroll section. Then, Employees.
  2. Select the Paycheck List option below the Run Payroll button.
  3. Use the Filter dropdown to adjust the date range or select a specific employee.
  4. Select the Print option under the Action column to print the paychecks individually.
  5. If you need to print in batch, place a checkmark before the individual paychecks and click on Print.

Additionally, here's how you can configure your printing preferences to choose to print it on plain paper or a QuickBooks-compatible check:

  1. On the same Paycheck List page, select Change print settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Printing section. Then, select the Pencil icon.
  3. Choose your default printing preferences.

If you need to run payroll reports after this, let me add this article as a future reference: Run payroll reports.

We'll be here in the Community if you have more questions about printing pay slips or paychecks in QBO. We're committed to offering ongoing support. Take care!
