Prior Payroll History in Reports

Once I have entered Prior Payroll History in Online, are there any reports I can run to check the accuracy of what was entered?

Good evening, @patp3005. 

 

There are two reports that you can run to show you the Prior Payroll History in QuickBooks Online: Payroll Summary or Payroll Summary by Employee. 

 

No worries, I've provided the steps below on how to run these reports:

  1. Go to Reports on the left-hand menu of your QuickBooks Online.
  2. In the Find report by name at the top-right of the Reports List, type in either report.
  3. You can edit what shows on the report by Date Range, Employee, Work Location, and Workers' Comp Class.
  4. (Optional) You can move this report by Share, Export to Excel, and Print.

    i PUT THE WRONG AMOUNT FOR PRIOR PAYROLL HISTORY, tHE MEDICARE AMOUNT. hOW DO I CORRECT IT
