Hello arymeerah42!

It seems that you're referring to the payroll tax calculations. Let me help you.

QuickBooks Online Payroll uses the data you entered on the account to calculate your taxes. You can review them and make sure the rates are correct by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll settings.
  2. Review the tax sections like the state taxes. Review the rates and correct them if needed.
  3. Select OK to save your changes.

You can check these articles for your reference in updating tax rates and setting up your payroll account:

Also, please reach out to our Support Team so they can make an adjustment to those paychecks created with the wrong rate.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Tax Inquiry".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

If what you meant is the taxes on your subscription fee, our Support Team can also check it for you and those taxes. We have limited access in QuickBooks Community so we're unable to verify it.

I added this link if you need help in reviewing your billing history: View your QuickBooks Online payment history.
