Priority Client and cannot get Texas Tax Rate updated for 2022 have made calls for last 7 days. Received letter from Texas workforce , January 14, not updated yet

This must be done by intuit staff and I ran payroll for first 2 weeks in January. Email them the letter from Texas forcework. still not updated

I know you already made a call to our Customer support team. However, I suggest reaching out again to our Customer team. They can check your account and look into this further about the progress of your tax rate update in QuickBooks.

 

Here's how to contact support: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Press Chat with us or Have us call you.
