Problems with recording mileage

I have left a number of messages to be contacted about the problem with recording my mileage. Is this issue going to be corrected or am I going to receive a credit for the software not working properly? You can call me, Brad Haas phone xxx-xxx-xxxx

For QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, Simple Start, we are open from M-F 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and Saturday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT. With QuickBooks Online Advanced, we are available any time, any day.
