QB Desktop with Enhanced Payroll- Editing paychecks sent for direct deposit

I sent my direct deposits to Intuit on the 20th for paychecks that should be dated the 23rd and hit accounts the 23rd.

However I noticed that QB had jumped ahead a week in Payroll for some reasons and the checks were dated the 30th instead of 23rd.

I went in to edit the check however it is not prompting me to send the changes to Intuit with my PIN. So Intuit doesn't "know" they are changed.

IN pending direct deposits it still shows the wrong date.  I don't care about the date I just want the money to show up on time for my employees. Will it show up on the 23rd like normal even if the check date is wrong?

Do I need to void and redo the checks?

Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, e3.

Getting paid on time is important for your employees. The direct deposit lead time depends on which payroll product you're using.

If you use Payroll Assisted, you have a Next-day (1-day) funding time. This means your workers are paid the next banking day after you send your payroll to us.

In the event you're using Payroll Basic, Standard or Enhanced, you have a 2-day funding time. This means your workers are paid 2 banking days after you send your payroll to us.

For editing, deleting, or voiding paychecks, you can only edit them if they haven't been sent to Intuit yet. Deletion of a paycheck removes it from your payroll and can only be done if you haven't sent them to Intuit.

Voiding paychecks will change their dollar amounts to zero. If you do this, you may need to make adjustments to balance your books. Voiding won't stop a direct deposit from processing and doesn't return funds to you. Tax amounts collected through Automated Tax Withdrawal will apply to future payrolls. Paychecks can be voided if you've already sent them.

Depending on your processing time and payroll service, you may be able to edit, delete or void a paycheck.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with paychecks which may come in handy moving forward: Edit, delete, or void employee paychecks
