Account security is our priority, @user77003. I'll direct you to the right support for the account suspension and give you tips on identifying spam emails.

Likely, the credit card information we have on file is no longer active. This is why you're not billed for the subscription that led the account to be suspended.

I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team for further help. This also allows them to check if there's a need for your to submit additional documents. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Choose either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get fast, personalized responses. Choose a recommended option, or enter a question or topic you need help with. If you need more help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QBO knowledge base directly, or click on Contact Us and select a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Please note the support hours to ensure they're available for assistance

Additionally, our emails will always come from an email address with the domain name @intuit.com. Let's make sure you do not open or view any of the links that you receive. I'd also suggest notifying our security team about this to safeguard the safety of your data.

Here are some helpful modules you can read about handling online security.

We appreciate you again for dropping by. Just let us know if you need anything else with QuickBooks or account management. We'd love to guide you through. Stay safe.
