QB online payroll bonus checks

Can't run payroll. Flashes a message "hit a snag..." and when I run, get a red error box with no text.

I'd also feel the same when I can't run payroll in QuickBooks Online, @carl30.

 

Please know that this isn't the kind of experience we'd like you to have. I've got some information you need and will route you in the right direction of support to get around this error you've encountered.

 

I've checked here on my end and found that there's an ongoing investigation that users are experiencing the same issue when attempting to run payroll. Our team is aware of this matter and is implementing measures to fix it.

 

In the meantime, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users. Rest assured, you'll be notified via email once the issue is resolved. Ensure to check their available hours so they can address your concern on time.

So FRUSTRATED.  I've been trying run Christmas bonus checks since last week.  Keep getting the "We hit a snag" message.

 

Numerous calls to Intuit/QBO have done nothing.  I think their troubleshooters are out until next year.
