QB Pro Plus 2022 Desktop - employees no longer receive automatic notification of paycheck stub

Hi:

 

I have QB Pro Plus 2022 Desktop. I've downloaded the latest update. Suddenly, QB ceased asking employer to send paycheck stubs by email and employees no longer receive automatic notification of paycheck stub.

Hi there, @jong1960.

 

Let's update QuickBooks to ensure your setup performs the needed prompt messages every time you sent out a transaction and/or any type of entry.

 

  1. Go to Edit.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click General.
  4. Under My Preferences, select Bring back all one time messages.
  5. Click Ok.

 

On that note, make sure to also set up correctly the email notification settings of your Workforce account to ensure all email notifications are sent out every time your employees got their paychecks.
