Question
QB says customers who file their 1099s through them will receive an email to confirm. 1099s filed through QBO on January 17 and still no email.
Status says "Accepted" on all 1099s. Customer service says everything is good to go, but cannot advise on a time frame for the email. What is the common turnaround for receiving this email?
