Still having continual problems with the EMPLOYEE TIME & COSTS.

It is leaving off a LOT of workers' time.  How can I fix this?  Time consuming to have to go to each paycheck to get the job details and manually enter.

QB also does not send the pay stubs to the employees' emails. It was sending everyone's pay stub to one employee. Why.

I appreciate you sharing your concerns about employee time tracking and pay stub delivery, @suzi102. These matters can be challenging, especially when they affect payroll and communication with your team. Let’s work together to identify the causes and find solutions to help streamline the process.

To begin with, the challenge with employee time and costs may stem from a syncing issue. Re-syncing your QuickBooks integration can help to resolve this. Here’s how to disconnect:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Time.
  2. Go to Feature Add-Ons.
  3. Choose to Manage Add-Ons.
  4. Uninstall the QuickBooks Desktop Integration.

After uninstalling, you can re-sync the application by following these steps:

  1. In the QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Employees menu.
  2. Click on Enter Time.
  3. Select the Activate QB Time.

Regarding your second concern, please note that when preparing to send out pay stubs, make sure to select only the employees you want to include using the specified email account. Each pay stub should be sent to one employee at a time. To do this, check the box next to each employee’s name to ensure they receive their individual pay stub.

You can also invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce, which allows them to view their pay stubs and other payroll information online. This can enhance communication and provide employees with easy access to their earnings details.

Furthermore, you have the option to print their pay stubs for your records. Keeping physical copies can be useful for reference and documentation purposes.
