Clicking F1 while using QuickBooks opens your Help window. From the Search field, you can type in keywords and search for relevant support articles from our website. If you have some feedback to submit about how your Help window functions, you can submit it any time.

As for obtaining a paystub, if you pay employees through paper checks, you can print them using the payroll product. You can also invite your employee to view and print their pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce.

Here's how to print pay stubs:
 

1. Set up the printing preferences.
2. In your top menu bar, go to File, Print Forms, then Pay Stubs.
3. Specify the payroll bank account using your Bank Account ▼ drop-down list.
4. Enter a date range that includes the pay date of their pay stubs.
5. Choose which pay stubs you want to print. If you'd like to filter for specific employees, use your Employee ▼ drop-down.
6. Access Preferences to pick which company and employee information prints on the documents.
7. Enter text in your Company message to be printed on all pay stubs box if you want to include a message on each printed document.
8. Select Preview to review them before printing.
9. Select Print.

You can also email pay stubs from QuickBooks.
